Warranty Terms
& Conditions
Introlink goods are warranted against defects from workmanship and materials for a period of 60 months on Full Modular Kitchen. Functional warranty covers hinges and drawers runner from the date of installation at the customer's premises, considering that the full payment has been received at least 7 days before the date of final installation, subject to the following conditions.
Terms That Govern Your Warranty
Cleaning Restrictions
Warranty will not be provided if any acid or chemical is used for cleaning.
Inspection & Test Report
Inspection and test report of the company will be final and binding under the warranty for determining defects, repair / alterations required to be carried out.
Defective Hardware Retention
The company will be entitled to retain any defective hardware or accessories replaced under warranty.
Company Liability
The company liability under the warranty shall be limited to the first sale of the goods to the original purchase.
The company's liability under the warranty shall be limited only to defect in the goods which occur under the conditions of normal operations and their proper and prescribed use. The warranty does not cover or extend to the defect which are determined by the company as occuring or resulting from an attributable to negligence, abuse, misuse, faculty care, operations or alteration to the goods or any part thereof by others.
The company liability under the warranty shall remain valid only if the goods are duty installed by the company certified authority at the location specified in the invoices.
Natural Disasters & Man-Made Hazards
Warranty does not cover if any damage occurs due to natural disaster or man made hazards (Flood, Earthquake, Fire, Riot etc).
Partition / MDF / Framework
Any partition / MDF / Framework are subject to 1 year warranty.
Furniture / Bed
Furniture / Bed are entitled to 1 year warranty.
Definitions & Meanings
For the purpose of this warranty, the following expressions shall have the following meanings respectively.
The goods shall mean the goods described in the order form.
The customer shall mean the original purchaser of the goods from the company.
The company shall mean Rajlaxmi Kitchen & Home LLP.
Invoices shall mean the invoices issued by the company to the customer describing the goods and indicating the inter alia the total purchase price thereof.
